Kingdom Visionary · Teacher · Apostolic Leader

Ministry Highlights
Ashley M. Foreman is a Kingdom visionary, teacher, and apostolic leader called to awaken identity, restore authority, and equip believers to walk in the fullness of who God created them to be.
She attends Liberty Church on the Rock Ministries, Inc. in Snow Hill, Maryland, under the leadership of Apostle Davida Washington, where she answered the call to carry the Gospel of Jesus Christ in 2021. She was later ordained as an Elder, carrying the Ascension gift of Apostle, on October 20, 2024. From a young age, Ashley has carried a heart aligned with the mandate of Matthew 28:19 — to go, teach, and disciple nations.
As the founder of I AM KINGDOM, Ashley leads a movement centered on one foundational truth: you are not defined by sin, circumstance, or past experience — you are defined by your identity in Christ. Her work is rooted in activating believers to take territory first within — through surrender, healing, and transformation — and then outwardly, advancing the Kingdom of God in every area of life.
Ashley's ministry is both spiritual and practical. She is the creator of a discipleship curriculum designed to guide new believers into understanding what it truly means to live as a Kingdom citizen. Through teaching, writing, and creative expression, she equips others to move beyond religion into a lifestyle of dominion, authority, and intimacy with God.
In addition to her ministry, Ashley is a gifted vocalist who has been singing since the age of three. From award-winning performances in her youth to recording contemporary gospel music and being featured on platforms such as WBOC's Delmarva Life and regional productions, her voice continues to be a vessel for worship and outreach in communities and churches alike.
Above all, Ashley is a devoted wife, a mother of four, and a spiritual mother to many. Her life is a daily pursuit of surrender, learning what it means to be a yielded vessel so that God alone receives the glory.
"But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us."
2 Corinthians 4:7
"Go therefore and make disciples of all nations…"Matthew 28:19
